Enquiries

 

To make an enquiry you can contact us via email or phone, from which point we will book you an appointment at a convenient time for you. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your drawings, sketches, photographic references or window schedules to us by email or fax in which case we will acknowledge receipt of them and within 3 working days send a free, comprehensive quotation.

 

Sales Consultation & Site Survey

 

All our items are made individually to suit your requirements, therefore to ensure we fully understand your project, we will be happy to visit you and discuss the options we can offer.

Once you have made your decision and the contract has been agreed, we provide a site survey to compile our full report. Depending on how your project is being managed, we will gladly deal directly with the homeowner, architect, developer, project manager or whomever is dealing with the project.

 

 

Order and delivery

 

Our Processing team will ensure that all detail of your requirements are confirmed. Once this is complete your order will go into manufacturing and we will be able to advise you of your expected delivery date within 2 to 3 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: The lead time quoted to you at time of order only begins once the survey has been completed, signed contract & deposit have been received.

In line with your schedule of manufacture, we will contact you in good time prior to your expected delivery date to make installation arrangements.

 

 

Aftercare, Warranties & Life Expectancy

 

We always aim for perfection first time, but as we’re sure you can appreciate, on occasions there is the need to revisit for snagging, so please bare this in mind once your installation is complete.

 

 

Our standard product warranties are:

30 years on timber

10 years on PVCu

10 years on glazing, ironmongery and seals

10 years on a paint finish
